Communication is *horrible*. They sent out the diagnostic equipment to our home for my husband's sleep study. We sent the equipment back for reporting and it all went downhill from there. Our doctor's office had a nightmare of a time getting his results and now, his doctor's office has been trying to reach them for two weeks to talk about the recall on the Philips product to ask for advice. If I could give 0 stars I would. What a horrible waste of time and money to go through this company.
