Worst customer service ever that u would experienc...

Worst customer service ever that u would experience at any dealership.
I totally agree with Megan in her Review.
My wife sent her car there 2m ago for maintainance , one of the lights was on,she was told it is ok don t worry about it !!!!!

Yesterday car shut down totally on the Road.
Called them after very longggggggg wait and transfer from one to another.
STEVEN finally answered the phone, on the road by herself with broken can, very cold weather that day, told him the story of the last maintenance visit and the light, his response was IF U R NOTHAPPY WITHOUT MAINTENANCE SERVICE TAKE YOUR CAR TO ANOTHER LOCATION yes just like that, and he was very SARCASTIC way.

Then transferred her to another customer service, actually was the wrong one, note sure if it was intentionally done or just did not care.

It gets more interesting, she spoke with JEFF finally from the Mercedes road side assistannce , multiple times, guess how long did it take them to come 3 HOURS, yes 3 hours, I had to call them myself.

NO LOANER, yes they did not give her a loaner car, was left in the street had to call a friend.

Until now no one called from Mercedes to acknowledge that they received the car.

When we bought the car every one was super nice, but obviously it ends there.
VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, SARCASTIC TOO, no body cares, sometimes u go for maintenance and it is like a zoo there.
I would never recommend that location.
