So much for the most magical place in the world......

So much for the most magical place in the world... We had a terrible experience getting there, but after almost 2 days of airport nightmares we thought we could at last get some rest in our hotel room and join the rest of our family on our Disney's vacation... First, the hotel's shuttle took way too long to drop us off, we get to the front desk at 2 am, exhausted, and the night auditor cannot find our reservations, we are almost asleep on the counter spelling my father-in-law's last name for the 4th time. The man keep talking to himself, and typing god knows what on the computer... Suddenly he handed me the phone without explaining what's going on and I hear my poor father in law sleepy voice... The guy called and wake him up!!! They (in-law's) walked to the desk and say to him AGAIN our last name, which we gave to begin with, and voala! There it was all along... We crash for the night and go to the park to find out our park tickets that were supposed to have programmed on this wristbands are not there, and when we go back all the way to the concierge desk, they cannot find the reservations again, but not only that, but treated us like we were trying to scam them, pretty much called us liars, and when finally found them, acted like they deserved a medal and we were the rude ones... Finally on the last morning I woke up terribly sick to my stomach, called the front desk literally begging for an extra half an hour late check out, and they told me there is nothing they can do and that we must be out on time no matter what, there was nobody else I could talked to, or nothing else they could accommodate... So, I was on the hotel front drive getting sick on the curve until the airport shuttle came and got us hours later. I worked in a five diamond hotel for over 4 years, and have to say, if my superiors were to see me acting a fraction of what we experienced, I would have been fired right then and there, sincerely the worse hotel experience I ever had, I would give zero stars if I could.
