I lived with Watts group for 3 years. After always paying the rent on time and abiding by their rules, they screwed us over and took basically our entire security deposit saying that it cost outrageous amounts of money for a paint job and some cleaning. Maintenance requests took forever to be fixed (due to lack of maintenance workers) and they made us pay for damages that were already there when we moved in. During Covid, money is really tight and Watts Group just simply does not care.
