Launchpad is an average company with decent resources and mentorship opportunities. However, I expected more from such a prestigious institution like UC Berkeley. The program lacks innovation and fails to create a supportive and engaging environment for startups. The networking events are quite helpful, but overall, the program needs improvement. The lack of diversity and representation is also a concerning issue. I hope Launchpad takes these feedback seriously and makes the necessary changes to provide a truly excellent experience for entrepreneurs.
