A Tale of Two Reviews...

It was the best of experiences, it was the worst of experiences.

Coming home from a road trip on Sunday night 2/16/20, I decided to stop in for dinner. I was met with a long line that stretched nearly to the door full of people with less than amused expressions on their faces. People were coming in, seeing the line and turning around, refusing to wait. Having been a long time, SLC customer, my spirit wasn t broken, as I ve always known the lines to move pretty fast.
After several minutes with very little movement, it became clear that the place was severely understaffed. Online orders were stretching to the door and there was only one cashier trying to manage both checkouts.
As my wait in line pushed toward the 1hr mark, my heart grew deeply sympathetic to the staff doing their best to keep up with the rush. The individual who stands out the most was a large, gringo who was basically working the entire line. He was so gracious and professional as the chaos ensued; thanking everyone for their patience as they endured the long line. This man deserves a raise.

Finally, if a GM or owner was to look at the numbers, a good night might be the conclusion as the place was incredibly busy. However, if you were one of the unfortunate staff members, or perhaps customers... Worst. Night. Ever!
