Our responsible customer service representative from the company Hella (Lienz) has never answered by phone and also call back is apparently difficult! We had a few questions about the ordered goods, but probably no one is interested!
The main thing is the money flowing! The mechanics were very "schusselig" and seemed stressed and slightly annoyed! The technicians also left a few damages, which in my opinion does not have to be and the customer service is not appropriate! The next blinds will no longer be ordered through Hella!
