I recently used a medical transport service and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. The driver was friendly and arrived on time, but the vehicle was not in the best condition. It could definitely use some maintenance. Additionally, the ride was quite bumpy and uncomfortable. I expected a smoother and more professional service.
