I had a mixed experience with the Town of Medway. While some aspects of their services were good, others left me feeling frustrated. The customer service was average at best, with long wait times and unhelpful staff. However, the online resources provided by the town were excellent and made it easy to find information and complete tasks. Overall, I would rate my experience with the Town of Medway as average.
