I went on a polar expedition with a company and it was an average experience. The crew was friendly, but the service could have been better. The ship was comfortable, but the food was not very impressive. We saw polar bears and penguins, but the wildlife encounters were not as close as I expected. Overall, it was an okay trip, but I would probably try a different company next time.
