It is the only company I resigned from in desperation after only a few days at the beginning of the year. My impression was this: All employees are set up as robots, they are all young, and consequently there is not the right experience to put the newcomer at ease. C is a lot of hypocrisy in my opinion as inculcated by the leaders of Unitec. Because they want to create a familiar environment but then they talk to you without even looking you in the eye. They ask you questions without even hearing the answer. For the work I could do, there were already at least four other people employed. I had three interviews for a total of one month of total time, all time wasted. At the moment I found a job in an important holding company in Forli, and I must say I'm fine.! I thought the problem was me, but it wasn't! Those of the Unitec must learn to have more sensitivity towards people. And then it is useless for you to make fake reviews because the people who leave have no equal with other local realities!
