I reached out initially to Tom Stubbs who was so helpful in a time of distress. He was reassuring and helpful, provided really clear time lines and expectations. I was then passed over to james collier who dedicated a lot of his time to reading through all the small print ensuring that I knew exactly what was going to happen. He was extremely thorough and was pleasant to speak to. Nothing was ever a problem and really a difficult time for me personally, very easy.
