Awful experience. Paid $100,000 to get in, it was full of mainlanders who were literally smoking in the pool. So we went to beach where all the locals are just trying to trick your money any way they can. Taking all of your stuff to a chair, then saying we have pay them $100,000, because the chair isn't part of Klapa.

So we went back up to the pool and a Klapa worker said if we want to use the pool we have to pay an extra $50,000. I told him no way. We already bought tickets into this place. He demanded I show him our tickets. So I did. He took them and said we couldn't sit where we were sitting. And told us to move to a further chair. And he never gave us back our tickets.

While trying to enjoy the pool with our children, Mainlanders were literally smoking while sitting the pool. Asking in the pool just a few feet away from us.

Go to Blue Marlin or Rock Bar instead. This place is a trap, this place is a joke. Bali is a beautiful paradise, but you won't see any of that at Klapa.
