Mark at Newman has been in the business for 30+ years but doesn t talk down to new motorcycle riders/owners like myself. His knowledge and experience can diagnose problems pretty early but he will will not jump to a conclusion before investigating the bike. He fixed our 1982 xj 550 and it runs pretty dang well. Price is competitive and he a straight shooter. Can t ask much more from a power sport shop.
