I recently enrolled in online language classes with CIML and found the experience to be average overall. The website was easy to navigate and provided sufficient information about their programs. However, I was not overly impressed with the quality of instruction. While the teachers were knowledgeable, the classes seemed too structured and lacked personalized attention. Additionally, the virtual platform used for the classes had occasional technical issues, which disrupted the flow of the lessons. I also found the course material to be somewhat limited and not as comprehensive as I had hoped. On the positive side, the customer service was responsive and addressed my queries promptly. Overall, CIML is an average language institute that could benefit from improving its teaching approach and course materials.
