I am very impressed with Prop Maintenance. Alli is friendly and always answers the phone! Tyler is friendly, knowledgeable, experienced. He worked on 3 of my rental properties and did a great job. My tenants like him. One even sent a text saying he did a good job. Angie in billing is nice and helped me also.
As a local Boulder Landlord, I have been searching for a reliable, honest Maintenance firm who "does what they say they will do". I have found this in Prop Maintenance.
They come well recommended by an owner of a local HOA Management firm who has been in business 30 years. I look forward to continued great relationship with Prop Maintenance!
