As a customer, I recently used the services of Segurolink and found them to be quite average overall. The website, segurlink.com.br, was easy to navigate and had a clean design. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took them quite a while to respond to my queries, and at times, I felt like I was being given automated responses rather than personal assistance. The pricing for their services was also slightly higher than what I expected, given the average quality of service provided. On the positive side, the company did deliver the product I ordered in a timely manner and it was in good condition. Overall, while Segurolink gets the job done, I believe there is room for improvement, especially in terms of customer service and pricing.
