I have lived here for 3 years and love it here. First it was fairfield, then home properties and since last year eagle rock management as owners. First couple of years was not ok because management either would not take calls, make excuses, etc. I still loved the area and complex but management was your typical large owners who care only about money. Since eagle rock management took over the change has been unreal. This company is professional and always sound like they actually care. Mark the manger is absolutely amazing. Ive seen other comments about him and I agree with all of them. He is very caring and always tries to help with anything he can. The reason I'm leaving this review and I never leave reviews is because Mark called me yesterday to wish me a happy birthday. Say what? At first I was so confused asking how did they get my birthday but then I realized they have residents birth dates. But then even now as I write this what landlord does this? It was such a pleasant surprise and I can't help but to write a review to tell anyone who is looking to move here knows how wonderful this landlord is and how incredible the manager is. So in touch with residents as their is constant communication and just amazing customer service. I absolutely love this place. You will never find another landlord like this,
