I've been a customer of Quest Wireless for a few months now and I have to say the service is average. The network coverage is decent, but there have been a few instances of dropped calls. The customer service is helpful, although sometimes it takes a while to get a response. The website is okay, but could use some improvements. Overall, I'm satisfied with the service, but there is room for improvement.
