I have mixed feelings about Spohr Publishers Limit...

I have mixed feelings about Spohr Publishers Limited. While their website is aesthetically pleasing and easy to navigate, I found their customer service to be lacking. The response time to my inquiries was quite slow, and when I did eventually receive a reply, it seemed like a generic automated response. Additionally, I had some issues with the delivery of my order, as it took longer than expected to arrive and was not properly packaged. Overall, I would say that Spohr Publishers Limited has room for improvement in terms of customer service and order fulfillment.
