I have been a customer of Sfv group for the past two years and I must say their services are average. Although they have a user-friendly website, their customer support is lacking. It takes them a long time to respond to my queries and sometimes they are unable to resolve my issues. Their rates are competitive, but I expected better service. I hope they improve in the future.
