Mike Burner and the folks at Lake Norman CJDR are a class act. We visited the dealership on a Saturday afternoon looking at Ram 2500 trucks. We looked at several trucks and began negotiations. After about an hour we reached an impasse and left thinking we would not be purchasing anything. However, the folks at the dealership sharpened their pencils and by Wednesday we had a new Ram 2500. These folks obviously want to sell vehicles and will work with you anyway they can. Thanks Mike and team for your help and we love our new Ram.
