My mother purchased a 2019 Jeep Laredo in December...

My mother purchased a 2019 Jeep Laredo in December from them. A couple of days ago, when we got into the car, the entire front electrical was gone. No windows, no air, no display on the radio. We dropped it off for service at 8:45am the following morning. They told us it would be about 3-4 hrs. We called at 3 pm to check the status of the car. No one could tell us anything. We called again at 4pm, and was sent to voicemail. Left a message, wondering what was going on with the car. Called again at 5, and no one could tell us anything. This is now 8 hrs after we have dropped it off. No updates, no one could tell us what has been done, if it had been looked at, etc. now we are angry. Called AGAIN at 6:30pm. Mind you, not one single person called us to tell us what was going on with the car. We left multiple messages, none of them returned. At 6:45, 15 min before they closed, we got a call saying they couldn t find anything wrong with it. We are 20 min away from the dealership. We went to pick up this morning, and they did not even run it through the car wash before returning it. No apologies for their terrible service or communication. I do not recommend this place!!
