I switched to A.c.f. - assurances coste fermon recently, and so far, my experience has been average. While their rates are competitive and the website is easy to use, I have encountered some difficulties with their customer support. The claims process could also be smoother. Overall, it's an okay experience, but I hope to see improvements in the future.
