I'm a huge fan of MetroRock. Aside from their gorgeous rock walls and automatic belayers, they have an amazing ropes course. I'm not afraid of heights, but this one really put the fear of god in me! Luckily, I had the MetroRock team as well as my team mates helping me and encouraging me along the way. The safety hooks (lobster claws) and helmets , as well as the safety brief helped keep us all safe and level headed. I will come back again and again for that course...I got an amazing workout, and had so much fun!
