We are dissatisfied with the services provided by KLASS WAGEN at the Bucharest airport (Romania). On the Rentalcars website, we had taken out insurance at all risks, but when we arrived at the agency, we felt a lot of pressure to take more insurance. The renters assured us that we were not covered in case of accident and they asked us for a deposit of more than 1000 . During the stay, we had no hangings. We even price a VTC to visit Bucharest, the traffic being "sporty". When we got back, our car was treated to a very thorough examination, much longer than when it started. Two small scratches parallel 2 cm long, black on black, on the bottom of the right front bumper, undetectable less than 20 cm, gave them the opportunity to claim 540 damage. They even claimed that we were the first drivers which was wrong. As a result of our protests, the holdback was not applied, but we still had a sermon on the need to get their insurance the next time. We did not like this forced sale attempt.
