The actual care from the staff was ok. Dealing with billing has been a nightmare.
Took 7 weeks and 3 requests to finally get an itemized bill. When it finally arrived, it was not sealed, and had the wrong house number on it. Unable to talk to any competent staff in billing - they just push it off on other people saying "we don't handle that" or "I can only put a request in for you". It's worth the drive to go to Liberty Children's if you are able to.
