I recently booked a holiday through Compare discount holidays and overall it was a decent experience. The website was easy to navigate and the prices were competitive. The only drawback was the lack of responsiveness from the customer service team. They took quite some time to get back to me on my queries. However, once they did, they were helpful. I would recommend the company, but with some caution.
