I have been using the retirement services provided by LPFA for a while now and I am very satisfied with the overall experience. The website lpfa.org.uk is easy to navigate and provides all the required information. The customer support team is helpful and responsive. However, there is room for improvement in terms of the user interface. Overall, I would rate LPFA as great.
