i was staying at this hotel as a long term tenant, i have lived in most countries in hotel apartment but this was by far a experience i regret,
while staying in the hotel had a number of issues so please be careful if your thinking of staying here, a few of the issues i had are
1. i was locked out of my hotel apartment on over 7 occasions in 3 months yet nothing was done to resolve this after multiple complaint.
2. the cleaning staff threw my wife's hair dryer, straighter and hair curlers in the bin.
3. the WIFI signal is so poor that you cant even watch a short clip on YouTube.
4. rooms are never cleaned as should be.
i can go on for ages but you can see some of the issues we faced, i spoke to 5 different managers, i think over 50 calls to reception and nothing was done.
now i have left the hotel due to theses issues they want a 2 month penalty.
there are a lot of hotels in Dubai please consider very carefully before you look at this one as they will promise you the world and you will see your self in a gravel pit.
