DO NOT take your car here! We took my white Jeep Cherokee here to get a technical issue checked to see if it was working properly. "A 20 minute task", said the service department. So naturally, after being reeled in by sales service talk....my husband and I both had to take a full day off work to get this done. Roberto said it should only take until noon or 2 pm and he would call us when it was done. 3 and 4 pm comes around with no call from anyone to even let us know what the cars status was. 5 pm comes around and we finally get in touch with Roberto to ask what is going on and he says we'll have to come pick it up tomorrow because the car hasn't even been brought in yet. Are you kidding me? If you do NOT have an extra 20 minutes to check something why will you assure your customers that everything will be perfectly fine when clearly is it NOT?! After calling the service department at back at 6 pm to tell them to have my car ready they finally take it out for a test drive and run the codes. One star for the obligatory free wash, but my Jeep will now be going to Glendale Dodge Chrysler Jeep, who actually owns up to what they say and clearly it proves in in their reviews. This will be my new place for everything as I will never go to this dealership again.
