I have to phone them every day (every 4 days before this) my agent uses them but I am doing the chasing to preserve my holding deposit.

I have had to push them all the way once I realised they just sat there waiting for a response from a wrong email address they had.
Generally wait 10/15 mins to get through. Staff are lovely on the phone.
Seem short staffed.
