I have mixed feelings about Vin Voyage. While their website is user-friendly and the ordering process was smooth, the wines I received were not up to par. Some bottles tasted off and had a strange aftertaste. I appreciate their prompt customer service in rectifying the issue, but overall, I expected better quality from Vin Voyage.
