I would say the quality of these cabinets are meh. We had to request about 20 new doors as they arrived with spider cracks around every hinge. Two base cabinets arrived damaged. Even though I sent my rep the dishwasher installation and specs the dishwasher panel arrived too large. My contractor had to remake both the fridge panels because both arrived falling apart. The panels consisted of a thin outer panel(maybe 1/4" thick at most" "laminated"(I use that term loosely, there was a S shaped line of glue holding the outer panel to the substrate)-remember this is a large full height fridge panel. The substrate was only 1/2" thick. they peeled right apart while the contractor was prepping to install them. Each time we had to request new items the project got set back. Another issue we had was one upper cabinet on an entire row of upper cabinets was longer than the rest so they didn't line up. Very easy to see with the naked eye. The last item we requested was the new dishwasher panel that they weren't able to rush so we had to wait another 6-8 weeks for it. They sent it to our old address in a different state for some unknown reason, when the entire original order and follow up deliveries all went to the proper address-how did this even happen? The quality control of these cabinets when they leave the warehouse is non-existent. I have been emailing my rep and customer support rep for the past two weeks regarding the dishwasher panel with no reply as I was told email is always best and quickest. Finally called to speak to a manager and things seem to be happening. Nightmare!!!
