I had an overall average experience with the Arnell Memorial Humane Soc INC. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but I found the adoption process to be a bit confusing. The website was informative, although it could have been more user-friendly. The animals seemed well taken care of, but I wish there were more options available for adoption.
