I have been using Minhas safety concerns for a few years now and I must say that their services are at an average level. They have been responsive to my needs and have provided me with satisfactory solutions to my safety concerns. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. However, there is room for improvement in terms of their response time and reliability. Overall, I would rate them as average.
