I recently purchased some material handling equipment from Paletrans and I have mixed feelings about it. While the quality of the products is decent, I have faced some issues with their customer service. They were not very responsive to my concerns and it took longer than expected to resolve the issue. However, I appreciate their effort in addressing the problem eventually. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
