If I could, I would give this company zero stars. I have wasted so much time on five different phone calls trying to get my "free" cruise that I was promised at Bass Pro Shops. I payed $150 upfront at Bass Pro for this "deal." I was promised that I could go any time of year, on a 3, 4, or 5 day cruise, and leave from a port of my choice.

Well, they do everything possible to make you upgrade and end up paying the same as if I called the cruise line myself. When I don't want to upgrade, they give me one option, one date that I don't want, leaving from a port that I don't want, and it's a three day and instead of the five day cruise that I was requesting. They keep saying, "Call back to see if something else comes up," but of course nothing ever does. My schedule is actually fairly flexible, but it's like they go out of their way to make it NOT work with what you request so that you'll have to pay more or not book at all. I've been calling since November and it's now mid-January. COMPLETE SCAM. Makes Bass Pro look bad and I don't even care to shop there anymore.
