I've been a tenant with Commonwealth Properties Residential, LLC for over three years now and I have to say that they are average at best. The maintenance is slow to respond to requests and there have been multiple instances where I've had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution. The management team is not very communicative or organized. Overall, I would not highly recommend them.
