I have called several times regarding the tenants up stairs. They are constantly making noise , running back and forth over my head
Very annoying. No one does anything about the neighbor.
They will charge you if your rent is past the 5th day. I should not be charge, the neighbor up stairs should be charge, for making so much noise.
