Working at Luxasia Philippines has been a mixed experience for me. The website is easy to navigate and provides useful information. However, the management could be more supportive and transparent. The workload can be overwhelming at times, but the compensation package is decent. I believe there is room for improvement in terms of communication and employee benefits.
