I have been a customer of Vendor for several years now and I must say that their service is average. The website is easy to navigate and the products are of decent quality. However, the customer support could use some improvement. There have been times when I had to wait for a long time to get a response to my queries. Overall, I would say that Vendor is a decent company to do business with.
