Springfield Cougars Lacrosse is an excellent lacrosse club. The coaches are knowledgeable and dedicated to helping players improve their skills. The training sessions are intense and effective. The facilities are modern and well-maintained. I have seen great improvement in my game since joining the club. Highly recommended!
