I had a mixed experience with Alliance Capital Management. The portfolio management services were good, and I saw decent returns on my investments. However, the customer service was lacking in responsiveness. I had to follow up multiple times to get my queries resolved. The website is average and could be more user-friendly. Overall, it was an okay experience.
