I should give them no stars to be honest. I think the entire place should be demolished and they should even bury the key. I think you are more likely to be seen in the A&E then the Outpatients. I have had to wait 4 hours in Outpatients to be seen.
The PALS is a joke and you can forget staff to help you. I have even had the doctor being really sarcastic towards me.

I wish nobody to visit this poorly run hospital.
