The service is horrible , I am very disappointed for booking my pte exam here , the microphone was not working during the exam and after swapping with another microphone which also had the same issue , they said we can't do anything ... but we will ensure the results are verified. They said the results for you will be released 2-3 days later due to the verification process. However , my results came within 24 hours with very low score. My last speaking score was 90 ... whereas this time it's less than 60, I appeared this exam to improve my reading score but landed up in terrible speaking score because of the facilities. This has impacted my score so badly that ... I don't feel like going for re evaluation... as it's not going to be much helpful for me now, So I have reappear for the exam again. Hence for me , the experience here was terrible.
