NLPT is absolutely amazing! The trainers are friendly, knowledgeable, and create a welcoming environment. The workouts are challenging but fun, and they have helped me improve my fitness level significantly. The community at NLPT is also fantastic - everyone is supportive and encouraging. Highly recommend!
