I have been a customer of Deutsche Telecom AG for many years and I can confidently say that their service is average. While their network coverage is good, their customer service leaves much to be desired. The company website, telekom.de, is easy to navigate but lacks some important information. Overall, Deutsche Telecom AG is an okay company.
