Namastay yoga & retreats is an amazing company to work with. The retreats they offer are top-notch and the instructors are highly knowledgeable. I have been to their yoga retreat in Bali and it was a life-changing experience. The instructors created a welcoming and positive environment which helped me deepen my practice. I highly recommend Namastay yoga & retreats!
