I had a mixed experience with the company. While their products are of good quality, the customer service needs improvement. I faced some issues with the delivery and it took longer than expected to resolve them. However, once the issue was resolved, the company was apologetic and offered a discount on my next purchase. I appreciate their effort in resolving the issue, but there is definitely room for improvement.
